Reserve the Tasting Menu to experience wildly local food from Sumac. The Tasting Menu is a five-course prix fixe menu of the week. Imagined by Chef Gleason and Season V team, each course is inspired by the growing season in Rappahannock Piedmont and the wood fired techniques at Sumac.
